Noa has dedicated her career towards furthering the ties between Israel and the U.S. from both sides of the Atlantic. She served for a decade as a career officer in the Israel Defense Forces, completing her service at the rank of Major. Her positions included Head of the North American Desk at the Foreign Relations Department, and Spokesperson for the North American media. Noa spent four years in Washington D.C., where she served as Director of the Israel Action Center at the Jewish Community Relations Council (JCRC) of Greater Washington, and as a Jewish Agency Israel Fellow at George Washington University. Upon her return to Israel, she worked as the Executive Director of Birthright Israel Excel - an elite business internship program for top Jewish North American students. Noa holds a Master’s Degree in Diplomacy and Security from Tel Aviv University, and was the recipient of the Ted B. Farber Professional Excellence Award for her work on the Israel Engagement Fellowship for Teens.
